Here’s how you can keep building that confidence:

1. Start Small, Win Big

Set little goals you know you can crush. Maybe it’s showing up for class three times this week or finally nailing that movement you’ve been working on. Every win, no matter how small, adds up!

2. Focus on Your Progress

No one’s perfect, and that’s okay. What matters is showing up, trying, and getting a little better every day. Celebrate how far you’ve come instead of stressing about how far you have to go.

3. Lean on Your Gym Fam

We’ve got your back! Whether you’re unsure about a workout or just need a pep talk, your coaches and fellow members are here to cheer you on. Don’t be afraid to ask for help or share your wins.

4. Talk to Yourself Like You’d Talk to a Friend

If you wouldn’t say it to your buddy, don’t say it to yourself. When doubts creep in, remind yourself of all the cool things you’ve already accomplished and how capable you are.

5. Be Proud of Yourself

You showed up. You tried. You’re doing the work. That’s something to be proud of right there. Give yourself some credit!
