Our classes balance intensity with technique. Each session is led by certified coaches focused on guiding you through challenging yet scalable workouts designed to enhance strength, endurance, and mental resilience. Beginners start with three to five on-ramp sessions, where they learn the basics of CrossFit in one-on-one sessions before joining the group classes.

Members enjoy exclusive access to our Barbell Club, where you can fine-tune your technique in Olympic lifts and focus on building strength. Barbell Club classes are led by dedicated coaches in small group settings, allowing for more focused and hands-on instruction.
